Steve
Posner is admitted to practice law in Colorado,
New York and California, and is in private
practice in Evergreen, Colorado. He has practiced
law since 1993.
Steve
provides consulting and expert services
for other attorney in the areas of privacy
and surveillance law. He has published
extensively on these subjects, as illustrated
below. The crown jewel of his legal writings
is the legal treatise, Privacy Law
and the USA PATRIOT Act, a standard
resource in law libraries all over the

Steve also provides ongoing online expert
commentaries and emerging issues analyses
for LexisNexis.
Simultaneously,
and since law school, Steve has maintaned
an active practice in the law of copyrights,
trade secrets, business contracts, and
business torts.
Steve
works in beautiful Evergreen, Colorado, where
he lives with his wife, son, and three dogs.
In his spare time, he performs on guitar and
bass, writes, practices martial arts, and
tries to give back to the community.
