Additional Services Provided

Steve C. Posner is a the author of Privacy Law and the USA PATRIOT Act (LexisNexis/Matthew Bender 2006) and is a Continuing Legal Education sponsor recognized by the Colorado Supreme Court.

Program will be conducted at your firm's site, at a mutually convenient date and time. Mr. Posner will apply for accreditation of the program. (Since each individual course must be approved by the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Continuing Legal Education, please allow three-four weeks lead time). Mr. Posner's office will also provide the CLE affidavits, file them and provide copies for your office files.

 

Fees

In Colorado: $999.00 for up to fifteen lawyers, plus $99.00 for each additional lawyer.

Within the other lower 48 states: $1,999.00 for up to fifteen lawyers, plus $99.00 for each additional lawyer, plus travel costs.

Customized programs will be priced on an individual basis depending upon length of presentation and preparation time.
